Liam Coventry – Personal Trainer
I began my love of fitness and exercise from a very young age. I played every sport I could get my hands on, which included Tae Kwon Do in which I reached a black belt at age 10.
My professional career development started at university, where I gained my BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Northampton. Here I gained experience in working with elite sports teams, such as Northamptonshire County Cricket Club – where I worked as part of the strength and conditioning team and was fully integrated into the professional mindset. I have continued to apply this professional ethic to all my clients.
Goal setting and allowing individuals to not only reach but progress through their targets, is of major importance both to my clients and myself alike. I love motivating people towards achieving their goals, whatever they may be. I believe in helping all my clients to reach their true potential.

Amy Mills – Sports Therapist
I started my working life caring for people with disabilities, moving onto Beauty Therapy six years ago and currently I still work in both careers.
Due to my passion for personal fitness, I have trained and studied Sports Massage Therapy. I am currently studying to be a Personal Trainer, progressing and training further to build my knowledge in this field.
This is just the start of a new and magical journey to help teach individuals about their health, fitness and belief in themselves. I love to inspire and uplift people, not only on a personal level but with a holistic perspective. I’m about encouragement, which allows my clients to find and reach their true potential.
I am also currently training in Hydrotherm Therapy massage at Three Hills where I will be practicing Hydrotherm and Sports Therapy. HydroTherm is a facing upwards massage on heated water pads and the therapist is pulling through massage and not pushing, saving our hands/wrists and joints.
